I needed an extra mailbox key for a tenant. I took my master key to Lowe’s. The key they made didn’t work. I went to Home Depot. Key fit in the slot but wouldn’t turn. I went to Ace Hardware. The copied key fit but wouldn’t turn. Richard at Baldinos asked me to make a video of the inside of the mailbox to view the lock. He problem solved the issue. He is a genius. Success with a fully working mailbox key!

I had a great experience at Baldinos!! I called ahead earlier in the day to verify the price and inform them what time I will be arriving when I got there my key fob was programmed in about 20 minutes and the price that they charged was exactly the price that they had quoted. The person at the counter that help me out what's super nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Great experience! Ki was so helpful and got me duplicate keys super quick. I didn't have the lock to help him get started on the key, but he was able to figure out what I needed by my description. (The lock is in Kansas City on a storage unit 💀) Now I have extras in case the OG gets lost in the mail on the way to KC!

I needed a mailbox key cloned for my roommate and had originally mail ordered one through the kiosk at Walmart. After the Walmart kiosk key had arrived days later the key did not turn. After they issued me a refund I took the original key to Baldino's where they cloned the key in seconds on the spot for half the price. The Baldino's key works perfectly and feels very smooth and high quality in using it. Can't recommend this place enough based on my experience.

Great customer service! We were having difficulty opening a safe that had not been opened in decades. Richard and Jesica provided a "how to" worksheet that allowed us to open the safe. Opening at home was the only option because of the safe's size and weight.
