Baldino’s offers good pay ( $12 for novices to up to $25 plus bonuses for experienced personnel) and benefits.
Our Hiring Protocol
We hire on Talent first
An applicant may call, drop in person or e-mail an application to one of our locations.
We will contact you by phone to set up a personal interview.
At the first meeting you will fill out the following forms:
Company application
Drug testing waiver
Information release waiver
All applicants will be welcomed and thanked for coming
If Invited back for the second interview the following will take place.
A company presentation on Baldino’s Lock & Key will start out the session.
Credit check authorization waiver
Criminal background check consent form
Drivers licensee presentation
Proof of Citizenship or work visa will be needed
A professional drug test may be given at thus time.
A personality computer test will be given at this time
Plus our own locksmith hands on competence test.
Testing basic physical skills or as in new novice hires their perchance to lean these skills.
Physical 6 task challenge: Duplicate 3 keys, rekey basic lock, demonstrate deadbolt installation, change safe combo, reprogram trilogy combo, recommend a superior lock to a fictonal customer.
On experienced applicants our written knowledge test will be administered.
If invited back for the third interview.
This will be a group interview by board of three managers in a private setting.
We will ask questions and make the final determination of Baldino’s to invest in new candidate.
A we will discuss pay and explain in detail company befits.
Our company manual, medical plan, 401K and other documents will be handed to applicant for there review.
We will then sent you a formal letter on notification of hire and wait for acceptance, rejection, or we will keep your application open for future hire only because we don’t have room for all qualified candidates.
